“What truly stands out is the dedication of the staff, creating an exceptionally welcoming atmosphere for returning guests. Its unique lagoon and proximity to Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone enhance the appeal, yet some facilities show their age. If friendly service outweighs modern amenities, this could be a compelling choice.”
